Diet intermittent fasting in a week (Tuesday)
The fourth day of the intermittent fasting diet
Don't slouch and remember that you will lose 7 kilos of fat other than the many other advantages of this system. This is the FOURTH day of your goal to lose weight and be fit, so let’s begin
• Drink green tea sugar-free or have a warm glass of lemonade free of sugar
• Drink a big glass of water before each meal
• Having breakfast without satiety
• No rice or sugar during the whole day
• Drinking more than 3 liters of water during the day
• For launch (grilled fish or grilled chicken or tuna or cheese Quraish or roast beef, or little bread + salad)
• eat vegetables and fruits for breakfast and between breakfast and launch and after launch, in case of hunger, only one fruit at a time.)
• Walking for 15 minutes
• Doing cardio for 15 minutes
• No eating before sleeping by 3 hours, it is allowed to (drink water – coffee free of milk, sugar, and whitener – sugar-free black Nescafé – green tea with no sugar)
