• Congratulation on losing weight
• Eat rice
• Drink green tea

You cannot repeat this diet for more than two continuous weeks, there must a free weak in the middle, taking in consideration drinking so much water and eating without satiety to maintain the weight and increase no more 
You can repeat this system if you want if you gained weight
