The sixth day of the fasting diet
• Drink a big glass of water before each meal
• Having breakfast without satiety
• No rice or sugar during the whole day
• Drinking more than 3 liters of water during the day
• For launch (grilled fish or grilled chicken or tuna or cheese Quraish or roast beef, or little bread + salad)
• eat vegetables and fruits for breakfast and between breakfast and launch and after launch, in case of hunger, only one fruit at a time.)
• Walking for 30 minutes
• Doing cardio for 15 minutes
• No eating before sleeping by 6 hours, it is allowed to (drink water – coffee free of milk, sugar, and whitener – sugar-free black Nescafé – green tea with no sugar)
• Sleeping early before midnight tops.
