This is our first day, start now and don’t hesitate 


You may follow the following instructions so that you begin losing weight:-
Put yourself on the balance (at the morning before having breakfast and after getting out of the bathroom (with only under wares on), make sure the balance is put in the floor 

2 – hours fasting after waking up, it is only allowed to drink (water – coffee without (milk -sugar- whitener) - Nescafé black without sugar- green tee sugar-free) 
Having breakfast after 2-hours of waking without satiety 
No sugar and rice during the day 
Drinking more than 3 liters of water during the day 

Lunch consists of: (grilled fish or grilled chicken or tuna or cheese Quraish or roast beef, or little bread + salad)
  Eat vegetables and fruits in the breakfast, and between breakfast and launch, and after lunch when you feel hungry (only one fruit every time)
Walking for 15 minutes
Doing 15-minute cardio.
Not eating before bed in two hours.
Sleep early, tops, before 12: 00.
